Chakra Achievers ("we", "us", "our") is an educational platform for NEET preparation. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile application and web services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide and improve our educational services to you:

• Account Data: Name, email address, phone number, and optional profile details (class level, target examination year, state, and coaching institute).
• Academic & App Activity Data: Quiz attempts, test performance, subject accuracy scores, study time, and battle mode performance.
• Device & Technical Data: Randomly generated device identifiers for session security, FCM notification tokens, app version, and device OS type.
• Payment Information: When you purchase a subscription, payments are processed directly via Google Play Billing (Android), Apple In-App Purchase (iOS), or Razorpay (Web). We only receive transaction references and do not store credit card numbers, CVV, or banking credentials.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used strictly for legitimate educational and app operation purposes:

• Delivering study content, quizzes, and live battle mode matchmaking.
• Generating personalized learning performance analytics and leaderboards.
• Processing and verifying subscription purchases.
• Sending push notifications for test reminders and study updates (which you can opt out of at any time).
• Providing user support and maintaining app security.

3. Third-Party Services

We work with trusted third-party providers for essential application functionality:

• Google Play Billing & Apple In-App Purchase: In-app purchase processing.
• Google OAuth & Apple Sign-In: Secure account authentication.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): Push notification delivery.
• Razorpay: Payment processing for web users.

4. Data Security & Storage

All data transmitted between the app and server is encrypted using standard HTTPS/TLS protocols. Passwords are securely hashed using bcrypt, and user sessions are authenticated via JWT.

5. Account & Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time:

• In-App Deletion: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account within the app.
• Support Request: Email us at support@chakraacademy.in or hr@chakraacademy.in with your registered account email/phone.

Upon confirmation, all personal account data, test history, and progress records will be permanently removed.

6. Children's Privacy

Chakra Achievers is designed for students preparing for competitive examinations (typically 16 years and older). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
